Since 2024, the Bangladesh International Youth Foundation (BIYF) has launched its flagship initiative—the Russia-Bangladesh Youth Exchange Program—in strategic partnership with the Orenburg Region of the Russian Federation.

This program fosters cross-cultural understanding, educational collaboration, and youth diplomacy through bilateral visits, joint seminars, and volunteer initiatives.

It serves as a platform for Bangladeshi and Russian youth to engage in meaningful dialogue, exchange ideas, and explore opportunities in education, innovation, and culture—strengthening the bonds between both nations.
